Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Senior Safety Advisor - Civil and Structures to provide senior field-focused safety leadership for civil and structural works around operational assets and constrained access windows.Key ResponsibilitiesLead safety input to excavation, piling, lifting, temporary works, formwork, work-at-height and structural erection planningReview SWMS, lift studies, temporary-works controls,



permits and possession readinessConduct field assurance focused on control effectiveness and work as performedLead or support incident investigations and translate learning into changed controlsMentor safety advisers and promote consistent standards across subcontractorsWhat We're Looking For8+ years' construction HSE experience, including major civil or structural works at senior levelDiploma or degree in work health and safety or a related disciplineStrong working knowledge of Queensland WHS legislation and principal-contractor obligationsFormal incident-investigation training desirableCurrent construction induction card and ability to obtain rail, site and medical competenciesRelocation packages on offer.Australian experience is required.
