Job DescriptionAs a Support Worker with First Choice, you will empower our clients to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes.
Duties are wide-ranging and rewarding, depending on each client's individual plan, and may include:Domestic Assistance: Light housekeeping, tidying, making beds and maintaining a clean home environment.Meal Preparation: Assisting with cooking, nutrition planning, and meal setup.Personal Care: Supporting clients with daily grooming, hygiene, and personal routines where needed.Social Support & Community Access: Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social outings.Respite & Palliative Care:



Providing compassionate care and relief for primary caregivers.About the CandidateSomeone with a current drivers license and reliable carMust be available for work from 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday and possibly more.A caring, patient, and empathetic nature with a true passion for helping others.National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Relevant qualifications or experience in aged care, disability support, or community services (preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!).
As we are new, additional clients will come on board and hours will increase.
