Crusher Fitter | Metso Mobile Crushing & Screening | FIFO WA | Up to $90/hrReady Resources is seeking experienced Mobile Crushing & Screening Fitters to support major crushing operations across Western Australia.
This role is ideally suited to Mechanical Fitters, Plant Fitters and Heavy Diesel Fitters with strong experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing mobile crushing and screening equipment, particularly Metso crushing plants.If you've worked on mobile crushers, screens, conveyors and associated fixed plant equipment and are looking for ongoing FIFO work with competitive rates and secure rosters, we'd like to hear from you.What's In It For You?

You'll be part of a skilled maintenance team responsible for keeping mobile crushing and screening equipment operating safely, reliably and efficiently.Your day-to-day will include:Performing planned maintenance, inspections and servicingDiagnosing faults and carrying out breakdown repairsMaintaining and rebuilding mobile crushers and screensCompleting conveyor, belt, feeder and component repairsTroubleshooting hydraulic and mechanical systemsReplacing worn components and completing mechanical rebuildsSupporting shutdowns,



installations and equipment upgradesIdentifying potential failures and improving equipment reliabilityMaintaining high safety and workmanship standards on siteWe're particularly interested in fitters with experience on Metso mobile crushing and screening equipment, including:Metso Lokotrack LT106 and LT120 jaw crushersMetso Lokotrack LT****S impact crushersMetso Lokotrack LT220D and LT300HP unitsMetso Lokotrack ST2.8, ST3.8 and ST4.8 mobile screensMobile conveyors, stackers and feed systemsExperience with McCloskey, Finlay or other mobile crushing and screening brands is also highly regarded.What You NeedEssential:Australian-recognized mechanical trade qualification or equivalentProven hands-on mobile crusher and screening equipment experienceStrong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skillsExperience with planned maintenance, breakdowns and shutdownsCommitment to safety and the ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screeningAbility to work in a FIFO mining or resources environmentHighly Desirable Tickets & Experience:Metso, McCloskey or Finlay equipment experienceFixed-plant and conveyor maintenance experienceHeavy Diesel trade qualificationMining or resources industry experienceForklift (LF)Elevated Work Platform (EWP)Working at HeightsConfined Space EntryHeavy Rigid (HR) driver's licenseOther relevant high-risk work licenses and site ticketsWhy Ready Resources?
