Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Supervisor - Station (Second package)to provide frontline supervision for station works across civil, structural and building activities.Indigenous Business Growth (IBG) is a majority Indigenous owned recruitment business registered with Supply Nation, specialising in civil engineering, infrastructure, construction and major project recruitment.
We partner closely with contractors, engineering consultancies and delivery organisations to place high quality technical professionals.
Our approach is relationship led and commercially grounded, built on practical industry experience and a explicit understanding of how complex projects are delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise station foundations,



structures, platforms, buildings, public realm, fit-out or services activitiesSequence concurrent trades and confirm access, lifting, permits, materials and hold points before each shiftManage housekeeping, exclusion zones, temporary access and public interfacesInspect work with engineering and quality before concealment or releaseDrive defect prevention, punch-list close-out and progressive handoverWhat We're Looking For8+ years' construction experience with 3+ years supervising station, building, structural or complex civil worksDemonstrated leadership of direct labour, plant and subcontractors in active construction environmentsCurrent construction induction card and relevant high-risk, rail or supervisory competenciesRelocation packages on offer.Australian experience is required.
