The Role
This is a client-facing technical role across the full SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Azure lifecycle.
You'll conduct tenant assessments, deliver migrations, build custom solutions and integrations, and manage the Azure resources that support them.
You'll also advise clients on governance, security, and licensing; support workshops alongside our consulting team; and help clients use AI capabilities, with a particular focus on Copilot Studio.
We are looking for a mid-senior.
Someone who can hit the ground running as we scale and grow the business with new projects in the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct tenant assessments using PnP PowerShell, SharePoint Advanced Management and TechRam IP tooling, and translate findings into transparent, actionable recommendations
Plan and execute content migrations from file shares,

legacy SharePoint environments and other platforms into SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams using TechRam proven frameworks
Design, develop and maintain SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions, along with supporting Azure Functions workflows
Develop integrations and automations using the Microsoft Graph API to extend SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365, and to connect client systems
Set up, configure, deploy, monitor and manage Azure resources that support client solutions, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Service, Storage and Key Vault
Monitor solution health and performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights, and manage resource access, security and cost
Configure identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID, including security groups, app registrations, API permissions and access models
Advise clients on information architecture, permissions, governance and licensing, so they get full value from their existing Microsoft 365 investment
Design and build agents in Copilot Studio, and advise clients realistically on where Microsoft's AI capabilities fit their operations and where they don't
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or OpenAI Codex to improve the speed and quality of delivery
Support client workshops by presenting technical findings, demonstrating solutions and contributing subject-matter expertise
Produce clear technical documentation and handover material
Handle client data and environment access responsibly, in line with security best practice and the principle of least privilege
Essential Skills and Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration
Proven experience developing with the Microsoft Graph API
Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, monitoring and managing Azure resources
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) as a minimum

Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 permissions model
Demonstrated experience working within client or production environments with appropriate care for data security and confidentiality
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Australian working rights
Desirable
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
Advanced Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300 or PL-200
Experience building with Copilot Studio, declarative agents or Microsoft Graph connectors
Infrastructure-as-code experience (Bicep or ARM templates) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, including sensitivity labels, retention and data lifecycle management
Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate or Migration Manager
Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment
What We Offer
