Are you a senior contract administrator wanting to move into project management?
Well, we are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager in commercial construction projects across Perth.
This role covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to practical completion, working closely with contract administrators, site teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Plan, program and manage commercial construction projects from award through to completionCoordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure smooth project deliveryOversee project budgets, cost control and reportingManage procurement of trades and materials in collaboration with the contracts teamDrive program adherence, resolve on-site issues, and manage project riskEnsure compliance with safety,



quality and contractual obligations throughout deliveryLiaise with clients, stakeholders and consultants to maintain strong working relationshipsSkills & Experience:MUST have 5-7+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the local Commercial Construction (New Build) industry.Unfortunately, Contract Administrators who have done work in oil & gas, civil or engineering industry will not be considered for this opportunity, unless you have the above.
