Our approach is relationship led and commercially grounded, built on practical industry experience and a explicit understanding of how complex projects are delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop methodology for bulk earthworks, liners, drainage, hydraulic structures,



sediment controls, soil placement and revegetationCoordinate design inputs for hydrology, geotechnical conditions, water quality, landscaping and maintenance accessEstablish environmental hold points and response plans for rainfall, dewatering, fauna, erosion and contaminated materialManage specialist subcontractors, material approvals, procurement, quantities, costs and programCoordinate commissioning, establishment monitoring and handover of the completed wetlandWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in civil, environmental, water or construction engineering5-8 years' contractor experience in earthworks, drainage, water infrastructure, wetlands or environmentally sensitive worksCurrent construction induction card and valid driver's licenceAbility to obtain project-specific rail, site and medical competenciesContractor-side experience with work packs, RFIs, ITPs, subcontractor coordination and progress measurementRelocation packages on offer.Australian experience is required.
