You will proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and take ownership of converting opportunities into long-term management agreements.Success in this role requires strategic planning, robust relationship-building skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market, property management services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
You will be accountable for the following:Proactively generate new business throughnetworking, referrals,
