Project Manager – High-Rise | Gold Coast
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead high-rise residential projects on the Gold Coast.
This is a hands-on role working with a robust delivery team on multi-stage high-rise builds.
You will take ownership of projects from early stages through to practical completion, managing program, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of high-rise residential projects (multi-storey apartments / hotels / BTR)
Lead the site and project team (Site Managers, Foremen, Engineers and subcontractors)
Oversee program, budget, quality and safety performance
Manage client and consultant relationships
Ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality and within budget
Drive commercial outcomes and manage variations/claims
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager on
high-rise residential, hotel or BTR
projects
Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and commercial management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive a high-performing team
Based on the Gold Coast or willing to relocate
