We are seeking an Patient Care Assistants to join our multidisciplinary team on a casual basis, providing support across all areas of the hospital.
In this rewarding role, you will play an important part in delivering exceptional patient-centred care, assisting with patient transport, supporting daily care activities, and working closely with nursing staff to ensure the comfort, safety and wellbeing of our patients.

About the role
All direct patient care is carried out under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurses.
Transfer patients using all forms of patient transport to all areas of the Hospital.
All duties are carried out in accordance with the duty list.
Perform manual handling of patients under supervision of Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurses.
Assist Nursing Caregivers with the care of patients.
Your skills and experience
You will bring




a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Client/Patient Services) or a similar qualification, or be currently undertaking tertiary studies in a health-related discipline.
We also welcome candidates with demonstrated experience in providing support services within a healthcare, aged care, disability, or community care setting.
