About The Chance
This is a great opportunity for an organised, hands-on administrator who likes variety in their day.
You'll keep the office running smoothly, from answering the phones and managing paperwork to checking invoices and deliveries, and you'll lend a hand out on the road when needed.
Some of your main responsibilities include:
Providing strong administrative support across the business
Answering phones in a professional and friendly manner
Managing filing and paperwork so records stay accurate and up to date
Checking invoices and deliveries for accuracy
Supporting with deliveries as needed
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar administration role with invoicing experience
MYOB experience (essential)
A valid driver's licence to support with deliveries when required
Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person
Excellent attention to detail, especially when checking invoices and paperwork
The ability to work well in a small team and pitch in wherever needed
