Medical Administration – Radiology
About the Role
This is a rewarding front-line position where you will play a key role in creating a seamless experience for both patients and referrers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and careManaging bookings and appointment schedulingProcessing referrals and ensuring accurate data entryHandling Medicare billing, bulk billing,



and patient paymentsLiaising with referrers and supporting clinical staffManaging phone and email enquiriesSupporting the day-to-day flow of the clinic
About You
You are someone who thrives in a busy environment and genuinely cares about people.
We're looking for:
Previous experience in medical administration (radiology experience highly regarded)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work efficiently under pressureA positive, team-first attitudeExperience with medical software (e.g. RIS/PACS, Medicare, Healthlink) is desirable
