We're looking for an Experienced Barista (30h-35h per week) to join our growing team working across our two Brisbane venues, Felix For Goodness in the CBD and Riffe For Goodness in Teneriffe.
Felix is a well-established and much loved cafe known for quality coffee, fresh food and great service, while Riffe For Goodness is our newly opened venue bringing the same energy and passion into a new space.Key responsibilitiesDial in and operate the espresso machine confidentlyMultitask and work by yourself on the machine even during rush periodsDeliver robust customer service and communicationWork reliably and in a team-focused mannerThrive in a fast paced environmentAbout youAt least 2 years barista experience is essentialConfident to dial in, multitask, and work by yourself on the machine even during rush periodsPositive, confident and an easy going personalityStrong customer service and communication skillsReliable, organised and team focusedMust be available to work at least 1 day on weekends
