About the Role
As a Production Assistant (Kitchen Hand), you'll work alongside our kitchen team to help prepare and deliver quality meals while keeping the kitchen clean, safe and running smoothly.
Your day may include:
Assisting with food preparation and meal productionSupporting chefs and kitchen staff with daily kitchen operationsWashing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipmentCleaning and maintaining kitchen and food preparation areasSafely handling and storing food and ingredientsFollowing food safety,



hygiene and workplace health and safety proceduresHelping with stock handling and kitchen organisationWorking as part of a supportive team to deliver quality service
Skills And Experiences
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a qualified chef.
We're looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
You'll bring:
Reliability and a strong work ethicA positive, team-focused attitudePride in maintaining a clean and organised kitchenThe ability to work in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and a willingness to follow instructionsA genuine interest in food and hospitality
Previous kitchen, catering or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
