You'll join the Business Transformation team whose tools have taken off so well that they now need someone to own the day-to-day improvement work.
You'll start by taking charge of their AI support agent, digging into what it's answering, where it's falling short and how to make it better.
From there, you'll move into spotting and building new AI-enabled automations across the business.
