gforce is currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Worker to join our client's team in Mitchell Park.
Our client is a specialist manufacturer, where you will be working as part of a supportive team and play an important role in keeping daily production running smoothly, assisting with product preparation, processing, packing and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with day-to-day production and processing activitiesMeasuring, weighing and preparing materials for productionOperating within established production processes and proceduresManual handling of materials, including bags weighing up to 25kgPicking, labelling and packing finished productsFollowing quality control, hygiene and workplace safety proceduresMaintaining a clean and organised production areaWorking efficiently to meet daily production targets
About You
We're looking for someone who is dependable, practical and enjoys working in a hands-on production environment.
Previous experience in manufacturing,



production, food processing, baking, cooking, hospitality, warehousing or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
To be successful, you'll also have:
Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periodsThe ability to safely lift and handle weights up to 25kgGood reading, writing and numeracy skillsA robust focus on quality, safety and attention to detailA reliable work ethic and positive attitudeThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamConfidence working in a fast-paced environment
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pmFriday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
This is a casual position offering up to 38 hours per week, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
