Where would you fit?
x15 is looking for a Procurement Senior Manager to lead procurement governance, commercial strategy, and supplier management across x15 and its ventures.
This is an opportunity to shape how ventures engage third parties, optimise commercial value, and manage supplier risk in a fast-moving innovation setting.
Role overview
As the Procurement Senior Manager, you will act as the procurement SME across x15 and partner closely with ventures, risk, security, legal, and technology SMEs to drive strategic procurement outcomes.
You'll lead complex negotiations, improve procurement practices, and ensure strong governance and compliance across third-party engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Supplier Management




Lead high-value and high-risk commercial negotiationsBuild and maintain strategic supplier relationshipsDrive commercial optimisation and cost-saving initiativesPartner with Legal on complex contractual arrangements
Procurement Governance & Compliance
Act as SME for procurement, supplier, and third-party policiesEnsure compliance with Group procurement and payment policiesMonitor and implement policy and process changesManage procurement-related escalations, exemptions, and exceptions
Procurement Operations Leadership
Oversee end-to-end procurement processes across venturesSupport supplier selection, onboarding, and contract managementImprove procurement processes and ways of working
Business Delivery
Provide delivery and execution expertise to support x15 and its Ventures in: Prioritising initiativesManaging delivery activitiesSupporting execution outcomesEnsuring alignment to strategy and OKRsAssist teams to embed effective operational and delivery practices.
What We're Looking For
Experience
Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial negotiation, or supplier managementExperience operating in complex or regulated environmentsStrong understanding of procurement governance and risk managementProven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreementsStrong supplier relationship management experienceAbility to balance commercial outcomes with risk and compliance requirementsExcellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilityStrong negotiation and communication skillsStrategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilityAbility to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
