KEY DUTIES
Provide person-centred personal care and daily-living supportSupport protected manual handling, transfers and mobilityAssist with medication and agreed care routinesSupport community access, appointments and participationComplete accurate progress notes and communicate with the care team
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experienceCertificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or a related qualificationCurrent First Aid and CPRCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check or relevant state clearanceCurrent manual-handling and medication-administration certificationDriver licence,



reliable transport and appropriate vehicle insurance where client transport is requiredAustralian work rights
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE OR LICENCES
ABI, TBI or behavioural-support experienceBowel, catheter, PEG, epilepsy or other complex-care experienceWorking With Children Check where requiredExperience working within a 24/7 home-care team
SHIFT AND AVAILABILITY
AM, PM, active-night and sleepover shifts may be available across seven-day rosters.

INDICATIVE MARKET PAY
$35-$45 per hour + super; penalties may applyBased on live advertised rates reviewed September ****.
