Senior Car Park Project Engineer – Rail Civil RelocationA national contractor with a strong and growing pipeline of road, rail, bridge and civil infrastructure work across South East Queensland is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for a major transport project on the Sunshine Coast.
You'll lead delivery of a new multi-level car park in a live operating environment, keeping access safe for users, adjacent operations and construction traffic.Key ResponsibilitiesLead engineering delivery of the car park structure, from demolition and earthworks through to structures, services and finishesPlan staging that keeps pedestrian, vehicle, emergency and operational access safe throughout constructionRun design reviews, constructability workshops, temporary works coordination and RFI close-outManage package budgets, forecasts, procurement, subcontractor performance and program recoveryCoordinate testing, finishing works,



operational readiness and handoverEngineering qualification in civil, structural or construction, or equivalent experienceSenior project engineering experience delivering concrete structures, ideally multi-level car parks or similar building structuresStrong FRP background (formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours), including managing FRP subcontractors or self-perform crewsTier 1 or robust tier 2 contractor backgroundCurrent construction induction card and valid driver's licenceAbility to obtain project-specific rail, site and medical competenciesPost-tensioned or precast concrete experienceExperience working next to live rail or operational public assetsOn OfferRelocation packagesLong-term career pathway across a multi-year project pipelineThe Sunshine Coast lifestyleAustralian experience is required.
