tender evaluation and contract formation for major or high-risk packagesAdminister complex variation, delay, disruption, access and latent-condition mattersReview cost-to-complete, cash flow, contingency, claims exposure and package riskLead assessment and negotiation of subcontractor claims and final accountsCoach QS and contract administrators and set commercial record standardsWhat We're Looking For8+ years' contractor-side commercial experience on major infrastructure, including complex claimsDegree in quantity surveying, construction management, law, engineering or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of head-contract and subcontract administration in a delivery environmentWorking knowledge of Queensland security-of-payment requirementsRelocation packages on offer.Australian experience is required.
