Job Description Boilermaker/Welders - Major Pilbara Shutdown Campaign $76.15/hr (+15% for nights) 12 Hour Shifts Potential Ongoing 2:1 Roster until Apr 2027 CGC Recruitment is seeking experienced Boilermaker/Welders for a major shutdown and recovery campaign with a leading industrial maintenance contractor across a large-scale Pilbara mining operation. We are specifically looking for tradespeople who are actively welding and confident completing weld tests prior to mobilisation. Multiple positions are available throughout November, with successful candidates required to commence onboarding and compliance immediately. Swing 1 Mobilise: Wednesday 4th November Demobilise: Tuesday 10th November Swing 2 Mobilise: Tuesday 10th November Demobilise: Sunday 15th November Candidates available for the full duration of both swings will be highly regarded. Ongoing Opportunity Candidates who perform well during the shutdown campaign may be offered the opportunity to transition onto a long-term 2:1 FIFO roster through to April 2027, providing excellent continuity of work beyond the shutdown period. The Opportunity These positions will support a significant shutdown and recovery scope involving structural repairs, maintenance activities and welding works across a major Pilbara mining operation.
