Based in Wetherill Park, we distribute, service and support a broad range of wheelchairs, seating systems and mobility products to authorized dealers and healthcare providers throughout Australia.
Support accurate and efficient inventory control and warehouse operations by maintaining stock accuracy, investigating variances, coordinating warehouse activities and improving processes. This role contributes to safe, organized and reliable warehouse performance across inventory management, stock handling and operational planning.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound shipments, inventory control and stock control activities.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and investigate stock variances.
- Use ERP or warehouse management systems to record and monitor inventory movements.
- Follow, implement and improve warehouse processes.
- Plan and coordinate warehouse activities to support efficient operations.
- Operate forklifts, walkie stackers and EWP's safely where appropriately licensed and experienced.
- Maintain compliance with warehouse safety and manual handling requirements.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse supervision or stock management.
- Robust attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to analyze and investigate stock variances.
- Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to follow, implement and improve processes.
- Current driver's license.
- Sound understanding of warehouse safety and manual handling requirements.
- Current forklift license and demonstrated forklift experience is desirable.
- Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) experience is desirable.
- Inventory management experience within manufacturing, distribution or logistics environments is desirable.
