Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe, high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients across the shift

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with clinical guidelines

- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, escalating concerns promptly

- Document clinical care accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic medical record





- Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team

- Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive working setting

- Maintain infection prevention, work health and safety, and quality standards

Essential Requirements

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse

- Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- Relevant clinical nursing experience in ( Aged Care )

- Current National Police Check

- Evidence of current immunisation in line with NSW Health requirements

- Current CPR / Basic Life Support certification

- Excellent clinical judgement, communication, and documentation skills

- Right to work in Australia
