Gourmet Dinner Service has been making quality meals for over 25 years at our home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We are a quick-growing Australian frozen meal delivery business, supplying households, NDIS participants and aged care clients across the country. Our Brookvale team is growing and we’re hiring now.

With orders growing, we have a vacancy for a picker/packer to join the team. We offer a friendly and enjoyable working environment, weekday-only hours with no weekend work, and public transport just around the corner.

The role

Full time, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 6am and 4pm (e.g. 6am to 2pm or 8am to 4pm)

Picking and packing frozen orders in our freezer facility (thermal clothing and PPE provided)

Based in Brookvale

About you

Full driver’s licence (forklift licence desirable but not essential)





Proven experience in picking and packing

Comfortable working in freezer conditions

Experience with logistics IT systems

Experience managing manifests with courier partners

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

High standard of cleanliness and attention to detail

Team player with a can-do attitude

Flexibility to start early when required

Desirable, but not essential

Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance. If you don’t have these, we’ll guide you through getting them after you start, as they’re required for the role.
