We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our team at Dermalogica, Queen Victoria Building Concept Store, in a casual position.

What will you be doing?

As a Casual Retail Brand Specialist, you'll be the face of Dermalogica, bringing our brand to life through your passion, knowledge and love of skin health.

Your role will include:

- Providing personalised skincare advice and recommendations.
- Performing Dermalogica's customised Face Mapping Skin Analysis.
- Helping customers find the right products for their individual skin needs.
- Building genuine relationships with customers and creating memorable experiences.
- Sharing your skincare knowledge and helping customers achieve their skin goals.
- Working towards sales targets and enjoying the rewards of your success.

What are we looking for?

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do

You'll ideally have:

- A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification.
- Experience in beauty therapy and retail sales.
- A passion for skilled skincare and skin health.
- Previous skincare brand experience (preferred but not essential).
- Great communication and people skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic and energetic personality.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
