Youi is hiring a Home Assessor to visit damaged homes across Sydney, inspect sites, determine repair methods and document decisions to keep repairs moving. You’ll work face-to-face with customers, explain outcomes and coordinate with repairers while using our online reporting tools.
This on-road role also includes desktop assessments when needed, building robust relationships with customers and the repair network to uphold Youi's high standard of service.
