The OSHC Coordinator position at TheirCare Pty leads a school-based before/after school care service and holiday programs for local families. You will design engaging programs for children aged 5–12, foster robust school-community relationships, and mentor your team to grow within the industry.

Hours are 7:00am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly admin time. The role focuses on safety, compliance and high-quality care in a supportive, energetic environment.
