The Family Co. is seeking a Domestic and Family Violence Case Management Worker to support women who have experienced violence from our Bayside and Georges River offices in Sydney.
This full time fixed-term role focuses on developing person-centred case plans within a trauma-informed framework to enhance safety and wellbeing for clients and their children. You will maintain accurate records, perform risk assessments, and connect clients with a range of services while adhering to WDVCAP policies.
