About the Role

Award-winning BIG4 Sandstone Point Holiday Resort is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Hospitality All-Rounders and Customer Service Supervisors to join our dynamic team We have exciting opportunities available for casual hospitality staff and full-time supervisors across our busy resort. Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional, a confident customer service leader or someone looking to develop new skills, we'd love to hear from you Previous hospitality experience isn't essential for our general team positions – a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional guest experiences are what we value most.

- Guest Services & Reception

- Customer Service & Shift Supervision

- Bar & Food and Beverage

- Housekeeping & Public Area Cleaning

- Grounds & General Resort Operations

Full-Time Supervisory Opportunities

We're also looking for confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Supervisors to join our team If you have experience leading teams in hospitality, tourism, retail or another customer-focused industry, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for natural leaders who enjoy supporting their team, solving problems and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Previous leadership experience is highly regarded, but resort experience is not essential.

What We're Looking For





- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude

- A genuine passion for outstanding customer service

- Ability to work in a team and follow directions

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative

- High attention to detail and pride in your work

- Current RSA or willingness to obtain one (for bar positions)

- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays (penalty rates paid)
