The Star Brisbane seeks a Sky Deck Manager to lead day-to-day operations across all Sky Deck venues. You will work with Venue Leaders to deliver a premium guest experience while maintaining financial performance and compliance.
This role reports to the F&B; Operations Manager and collaborates with Marketing, Suppliers, and VIP Sales to grow revenue. You will drive service excellence, manage rosters, and develop leaders, while ensuring safety, quality, and consistency across all venues.
