Vinidex, part of the Aliaxis group, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our Adelaide team. You’ll be the first point of contact for distributor customers, handling orders, pricing inquiries, and delivery questions with a customer-focused approach.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Distribution, Production and Finance to ensure accurate orders and timely updates. A manufacturing background, robust communication, and ERP/CRM experience (SAP/Salesforce) are valued.
