Alloggio is a short-term rental accommodation provider across Australia and Current Zealand. Our Beach Property team supports guests and holiday properties from a local office in Bokarina and Mooloolaba. People enjoy working here because the team is growing, practical and guest-focused.
About the Role
Support guests throughout their stay and help keep holiday properties guest-ready. You'll answer questions, coordinate issues and work with internal teams, working standard business hours with occasional weekend rotation.
Duties
- Be the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly, professional and responsive support throughout their stay.
- Manage guest enquiries and communications across phone, email, online chat and social media.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, booking enquiries and any concerns that may arise during their stay.
- Proactively resolve guest issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
- Provide local recommendations,
property information and assistance to enhance each guest's stay.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and maintain high standards of customer service.
Skills & Experience
- Guest services, hospitality or high-volume customer service experience
- A calm, solutions-focused communication style
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence using digital channels and new systems
- Availability to work a rotating weekend shift roughly twice a month
Roster
- Casual, 4 days a week
- Standard business hours, 8:30am to 5pm
- Weekend rotation approximately twice a month
