Aveo Retirement Communities in Banora Point and the Northern Gold Coast area is seeking a Care Partner to support residents in maintaining independence and coordinating personalised home care plans. You will work within Aveo communities, building robust, compassionate relationships with residents and families.
Applicants should be AHPRA-registered with Nursing or Allied Health background, and have experience managing a caseload. Experience with Support at Home or My Aged Care is advantageous.
