About The Role:

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you'll help deliverexceptional customer experiences through engaging and effectivedigital communications.

You will be responsible for:

Planning, building and deploying targeted email and SMScampaigns

Delivering promotions, events and business communications to theright audience at the right time

Ensuring all communications are accurate, engaging and alignedwith our brand standards

Coordinating campaign schedules to meet key business objectivesand deadlines

Supporting the promotion of events, offers and customerinitiatives across digital platforms

Ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience acrossall owned channels





Monitoring campaign performance and key engagement metrics

Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, reachand conversion

Using insights and data to optimise communications and channelperformance

What do you need to be considered?

Previous experience in a digital marketing, communications orCRM-focused role

Experience delivering email marketing campaigns and customercommunications

Solid copywriting and content creation skills

Experience managing website content and digital platforms

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaignperformance data

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for digitalengagement

Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, website CMSplatforms and digital analytics tools will be highly regarded.

Must be able to work on-site; hybrid or remote workingarrangements are not available.
