Initiative Sydney seeks a Group Business Director to lead one of our flagship financial services accounts. You will oversee a team of around a dozen top performers, reporting to the Managing Partner, and drive client relationships, budgeting and strategic direction.
The role entails deep category knowledge, stakeholder management and leadership across Strategy, Design and Partnerships. Hybrid work with two days WFH per week is offered.
