The Flywheel Bar & Cafe in Beaufort, VIC, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help bring our recent stone-base pizza oven to life. You’ll cook across the menu, lead on busy shifts, and occasionally run the kitchen solo at opening and closing.
