Located opposite the beautiful Keppel Bay, The Strand is a busy oceanfront venue offering all-day dining, pub classics, local favourites, live music, functions, sporting events and a lively weekend atmosphere.We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to take ownership of the kitchen and lead the team into its next chapter.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a calm, resilient chef who can stay composed under pressure, build a strong team culture and consistently deliver quality food in a busy pub environment.About the roleLead, mentor and develop the kitchen teamTake ownership of daily kitchen operations and service standardsDeliver a quality menu of pub classics, local favourites and functionsMaintain consistency, presentation and portion controlManage ordering, stock control, food costs and kitchen budgetsEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace standardsWork closely with the Venue Manager and leadership teamRecruit, train and support a high-performing kitchen teamCreate a positive,
