We are looking for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Centre Director to lead our beautiful 64-place Early Learning Centre in Padstow, NSW.

We are seeking a confident leader who knows the ins and outs of running a Childcare Centre, loves inspiring educators and brings positivity, professionalism and a little fun to the workplace!

About the Role

- Lead, mentor and motivate a passionate team of educators.
- Oversee daily centre operations, staffing, rosters and enrolments.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement and Assessment and Rating readiness.
- Build robust relationships with children, families and the community.
- Create a positive, supportive and engaging team culture.

What We Are Looking For

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum).
- Previous Centre Director experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS,



EYLF and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience managing Centre operations, occupancy and staffing.
- Current NSW Working With Children Check.
- Relevant First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- Recognised child safety certificaterefresher
- National Police check
- Mandatory child safety training on Gecko
