The Opportunity:

As aNew Graduateor experiencedOccupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist orPhysiotherapistyou willhave achance to further develop your clinical reasoning skills and play a key role in supporting effective return to work plans.
You will be involved within a structured andhands-on induction, shadowingopportunitiesand classroom sessions in your first week, followed by ongoing remote learning modulesto provide clearunderstanding of theworkers'compensation framework.
Ongoing individual support and team meetings with Team Leader, peer mentor sessions tohelp youdevelop the skillsto drive andachieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
Looking after a client portfolio, your day will include:

- Manage a portfolio of clients with a physicalinjury




- Completeinitialassessments to better understand the injury, recoverytimeframesandreturn to work goals
- Visiting workplace to assess environment and duties within the role,identify with employer of any suitable duties while recovering
- Providing support through recommendations for communityassistanceoradditionalsupport through the insurer
- Working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide complex stakeholder management to support the recovery of an injured worker
- Document case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements, applying your clinical judgement to support and guide your clients to a safe return to work goal
