Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking an Aged Care Workforce Co-ordinator for Home Support Programs based in Ceduna. The role is part time (0.6 FTE) and focuses on coordinating workforce, rostering, recruitment, and service delivery for home support across the region.

You will work with Care Coordinators, health professionals and community support staff to ensure client needs are met with timely, person-centred support.
