The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation (BCF) is seeking an Intake Case Worker for its Social Health and Wellbeing team in Sydney.
You will be the first contact for clients, conducting intake, assessing needs and coordinating short-term case management with internal and external supports. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, you will advocate for clients, maintain records, build partnerships, and participate in ongoing career development.
