Journey Beyond is seeking a Reservations & Groups Manager at Monarto Safari Resort to lead a team of Reservations Agents, optimise sales conversion and act as a product ambassador for Monarto Safari Resort and Safari Lodge.

You will manage group bookings from proposal to post-stay follow up, design tailored group itineraries, resolve issues and maintain key relationships with group leaders and internal departments.
