Community Restorative Centre Ltd. in Broken Hill invites applications for a Transition Worker. This full time role delivers holistic, trauma-informed throughcare pre- and post-release support for First Nations people with complex needs. You'll travel regionally to Wilcannia and Menindee and help reconnect people with culture and community.
The position offers SCHADS Award Level 4 paypoint 4 (about $99,294 annually) plus super and salary packaging, with extra leave over Christmas and Recent Year.
