About the role: CyberCX is looking for an experienced Strategic Accounts Director to join our Customer team in Melbourne.
In this IC role you will own and develop relationships across a portfolio of strategic customer accounts within Financial services.
This is a senior, customer-facing prospect to take ownership of some of our most significant strategic accounts.
You'll build trusted relationships with senior cyber security and technology leaders, develop a deep understanding of their priorities, and bring together CyberCX's capabilities to help customers strengthen their cyber security posture and achieve meaningful business outcomes.




You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying prospects for growth, shaping compelling customer solutions and coordinating teams from across CyberCX to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
