The student, as part of the DMR AI DSS team under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on Machine Learning/Deep Learning and Data Analytics projects related to backend.

Model Development: Build data analysis and machine learning models for predictive analysis, image classification, Gen AI, and other tasks.
Technical Growth: Learn and employ recent techniques and tools to support ML projects.
Internship learning outcomes: Backend Process Understanding: Understand the main steps of Back-end Assembly Packaging process, Back-end Final Test production procedures, and the subsequent data post-processing.
Machine Learning Application: Learn the concept and application of machine learning for Back-end Assembly/Final-test.
