We are a property maintenance company carrying out a wide range of works for real estate and STRATA clients across Sydney, including Handyman works, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Plastering, Roofing, Fencing & much more. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our office team in South Granville.
The Role
This is a full time office-based role (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). You will be working closely with the Operations Manager, tradesmen, and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Operations Manager with daily workflow and client communication.
- Entering quote requests and work orders into our system.
- Preparing and sending quotes to clients.
- Scheduling jobs with customers and coordinating with tradesmen.
- Speaking directly with clients (real estate agents, strata managers, and tenants)
in a professional manner.
- Preparing and issuing invoices to clients.
- General office administration tasks as required.
Requirements
- Must have experience in trade services (e.g. worked in an office role within construction, property maintenance, or trade industry).
- Strong understanding of property maintenance and construction workflows.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with office software and job management systems.
- Previous experience in property management or strata management support is highly regarded.
