Widen the Net | B Corp™ is seeking an IT Support Technician to run on-site support for our Sydney office within a wider APAC/Middle East team. You will troubleshoot Mac OS and Windows, manage the IT network, AD, Office 365, and modern workspace tools such as Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
The role requires 1–3 years in IT support, robust client-facing skills, and the ability to resolve issues within SLA.
