Janus Henderson Group is seeking a Transitions Services Agreement Governance Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Sydney. You will oversee TSA governance, service delivery oversight and relationship management across Australia, UK and US time zones.

You will work with transferring investment teams, maintain trackers, draft mark-ups and ensure explicit governance decisions to exit the TSA smoothly.
