You'll connect business, technology, functional planning teams and delivery partners to turn complex design decisions into processes, data, integrations and tools that work in practice.
From shaping the integrated roadmap through to testing, deployment and hypercare, you'll keep the program moving while giving Sponsors and governance groups explicit visibility of progress, priorities and decisions.
Ultimately, your work will establish planning capabilities and ways of working that are ready to transition into sustainable BAU ownership.
