About the role
Immediate start
Approximately 24 hours per week (Wednesday's, Thursday's and Friday's) with capacity to increase hours
RN with a team player spirit (we are a small practice so fostering a positive culture is of outmost importance, the vibes are immaculate)
Ability to build patient rapport with our wonderful patients
Positive attitude and fabulous organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently,
autonomously and managing many tasks on the go
Experience would be favourable in wound care, care planning, chronic disease management and other standard practice nursing skills
Preferred but not essential
Previous knowledge of Best Practice Software advantageous but not essential
